Ron’s Grilled Chicken Recipe

2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup white vinegar

½ tsp Lawrey's Seasoned Salt

¼ tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

1 TBL Dried Basil

2 TBL Olive Oil

2 TBL KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki Marinade



Mix vinegar with dry ingredients. Crush the basil between the palms of your hand before adding it. Place in microwave on high for 20 seconds. Remove from microwave and add olive oil and Honey Teryiaki. Stir until mixed well. Spices can be adjusted to taste.


Place the chicken breasts into the marinade and work the marinade into the chicken with your hands for a couple minutes. Let chicken set in the marinade for 30 minutes before placing on a medium hot grill.


Flip the chicken every 3-4 minutes until done. DO NOT OVER COOK!
